How to Use the New Facebook Call to Action Buttons

New Facebook Call to Action Buttons

If you have a Facebook page for your business, you’re probably already familiar with Facebook call to action buttons (CTA buttons). Until now, your options for were pretty limited … mostly links to your website or to contact you via phone, email, or Facebook messaging.

But Facebook just launched a major upgrade to their call to action buttons including partnerships with several companies that serve local businesses.

The call to action button now support booking appointments through HomeAdvisor, Microsoft Bookings, and MyTime … although several other services will soon be supported as well.

Restaurants will be able to add delivery options through Delivery.com and Slice.

Other businesses can add a “Request Quote” button that will open a form on Facebook and send the quote request to you via Facebook Messenger.
