Google Announces Verified Customer Reviews Feature

Google Verified Customer Reviews

Local Businesses should enable customer reviews because 92% of customers read online reviews when debating whether to purchase a product and 80% of customers trust online reviews as much as personal recommendations (according to BrightLocal).

Google has released a new way for eCommerce customers to leave comments. Local businesses who leverage this new feature will be able to display their “seller” or customer satisfaction rating prominently on their website, Google Adwords ads, and on Google Shopping.
