In light of the current COVID situation, Google says that it is sending support staff home. As a result, there will be some limitations and delays in support for Google My Business.
New reviews, review replies and Q&A are being temporarily shut down, however, Phil Rozek with Local Visibility System reports that reviews that only have star ratings (no text) still work at least for now.
Google is also prioritizing manual reviews of edits for health-related businesses, business hours, open / closed states, temporary closures and business descriptions.
Manual reviews of new listings, ownership claims and verifications of non-health-related businesses will be delayed.
